With one year
lease we require 30 days written notice prior to move out . At
that time damages are assessed and any additional funds for
damages will be assed.
Property
managements has the right to access the property with Residents permission to
make repairs to the outside as we deem necessary for the safety
and security of the house.
Mowing is
carried out by owners. Owners
will take responsibility of watering and yard chemical needs.
Regular access to outside will be necessary to properly maintain
the grounds.
Renter will be responsible for changing provided HVAC filters at
the time they are received.
Owner must have access to hot water heater for yearly
maintenance.
Owner will assist with cleaning the windows once a year.
Owner will be responsible for gutter maintenance regularly.
Repairs to the
inside will be carried out at renters request within a
reasonable amount of time.
No smoking
inside the house please.
